Shipping Policy
Marine Cobra ships most orders within the United States using UPS Ground or a similar ground carrier. We work to process orders quickly and provide clear shipping options at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Some orders may require additional processing time due to product availability, supplier fulfillment, freight requirements, special handling, or inventory verification.
Standard Ground Shipping
Standard ground delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after the order has shipped.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, product availability, destination, weather, or other shipping conditions.
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Free Shipping
Marine Cobra offers free standard ground shipping on eligible orders over $100.
Free shipping eligibility depends on product size, weight, destination, and carrier availability. Oversized, heavy, hazardous, special-order, or freight-required items may not qualify for free shipping.
If free shipping is available for your order, it will appear as a shipping option during checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to valid physical addresses within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address at checkout.

Description
Description
The OzzyMat is a patented particulate trap impregnated with microbes (Ozzys). The OzzyMat traps large particles of grease and oil and any particulate larger than 50 microns. More importantly the OzzyMat releases microbes (Ozzys) into the SmartWasher system. These microbes continuously eat grease, oil and other contaminants out of the OzzyJuice leaving it clean and strong for every use. It must be changed monthly which will keep the microbe (Ozzy®) colony healthy and keep your SmartWasher system working at peak performance. Failure to change the OzzyMat monthly will reduce the efficiency, health and bioremediation capabilities of the microbes (Ozzys). This will result in the OzzyJuice® becoming more and more contaminated until the system no longer cleans.
