Refund policy

Marine Cobra has a no cancellation policy due to the fact that all orders are processed and shipped immediately.  Any item ordered that is not wanted will have to meet the below replacement, refund or return policy for the product to be returned.

Marine Cobra does not offer replacements, refunds or returns on any liquids, filters, cleaners, consumables or paper products.  All sales are final on these products.  For all other products:

• There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns or refunds.  
• All request for replacement, return or refund must be received within 30 days of delivery of product at orders@lmcboats.com.  All request for replacement, return or refund will be considered on a case by case basis.  For a request for replacement, return or refund to be approved the item must be unopened and in its original condition.

Marine Cobra is not the shipper.  We use UPS, FedEx, USPS and Freight carriers for shipping. As such we are not able to guarantee shipping delivery days or times.  Refunds or returns will not be given as a result of a delay in shipping.    We are not responsible for shipping charges for returned items.  Once our customer service team has verified the item, the original purchase price of the item will be refunded.
